Torsion sells under-construction Leeds BTR scheme
Torsion Group has sold its 300-apartment Build To Rent scheme in Leeds Flax Place to real estate investment and asset management firm Starlight Investments.
Flax Place is currently under construction with the concrete frame expected to start in the coming weeks and a completion date of late 2026.

Flax Place comprises 300 luxury apartments across two towers of 11 and 15 storeys, offering a mix of one and two room units.
