£380m North West housing framework out for bid

North West housing association Torus is on the hunt for firms to help it build an ambitious target of 9,000 homes by 2029.

These homes will primarily be built across the Liverpool City Region, West Lancashire and Cheshire.

The St Helens-based landlord is inviting firms to bid for a combined £380m building and retrofit framework to deliver its ambitions over the next four years.

The framework has been divided into four key lots”

  • Lot 1 – Retrofit Works (Any Project Value) – total spend £75m
  • Lot 2 – Development Works £0-£15m – spend £65m
  • Lot 3 – Development Works £15m+ – spend £150m
  • Lot 4 – Development Works – social return focussed – £65m

Pre-applications need to be returned by 13 February with further details available from the Delta Esourcing website.
